Returns Policy

If the order you receive is not frozen, we will replace the meals, if you contact Farmhouse Foods Ltd., management immediately.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

When paying by credit card. Your details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivered to YOU

Delivery times depend on the type of transport used.  Our aim is to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition. 

Auckland Area   


Monday - North Shore to Wellsford

Tuesday - Production Day

Wednesday - East & Central Auckland

Thursday - Production Day

Friday - South & West Auckland

Wellington Area   

Fridays are our day to deliver.  Our driver will contact you on Thursday to confirm delivery times.

Other North Island Areas  

Your order is sent via courier and unfortuately the courier company control delivery planning not ourselves.  We do not have any control over when your order will be delivered.


Packaging & Despatch information.

All orders are packed in a polystyrene box to ensure that the orders are not spoiled in transit.   

We like to ensure that the meals are fully frozen before despatch.  With production challenges at times, this can delay despatch by 24 hours.  We try not to let this happen but it is better that you are aware of how important it is for us to get your meals to you in the best condition.
